will also have excellent relationship building skills and have
demonstrated the ability to develop new business whilst continuing to
retain an existing customer base.

Operations/Franchise Manager
Location: Sydney CBD
A sound educational background and extensive experience in all relevant aspects of Food & Beverage Management are pre-requisite to being considered for this position. The successful candidate will have had demonstrated a strong career to date in retail or hospitality operations and 2- 3 years of experience in:
* Achieving sales targets
* Ensure the in-store experience is consistent and delivers branding objectives
* Multi-Site management
* Leading and build a successful team of store managers.
* Chinese language skills will be viewed favourably, but are not mandatory.
